This supplement describes the Ultra Simian hybrids and many other character types from the groups and organizations that clash with them in the post-apocalyptic world. This book also introduces new traits and a system for reactions. Reactions make the turn sequence even more interactive, letting your enemy steal the initiative for a moment and interrupt your turn with a defensive movement (such as diving for cover) or opening fire against your models.
